Are you ready to lead global business process transformation powered by data and insight? At Specsavers, we're launching the Blended Experience Programme (BEP) our most ambitious tech transformation yet and we need a Head of Business Process who can champion data-driven decision-making and shape how our processes work across every region.
Imagine being at the centre of a global change, where your analytical expertise helps design and optimise business processes that touch millions of customers and colleagues. You'll be the driving force behind creating a single version of the truth, using advanced process mapping and documentation standards, and leveraging data to identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement. Your technical toolkit will include process management platforms like Signavio, ARIS, or Blueworks, and you'll be fluent in BPMN, CMMI, and APQC frameworks. Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and RPA tools such as Blue Prism or UiPath will help you deliver measurable, data-driven improvements.
But this role is about more than just data and process it's about influence. You'll work closely with enterprise architects, product managers, business analysts, and senior stakeholders to drive standardisation and process ownership across the organisation. Your ability to build relationships, challenge thinking, and inspire others will be key to embedding best practice and ensuring our processes are adopted, owned, and continuously improved. You'll be the voice that brings people together, aligning global ambitions with local needs and making sure everyone is invested in the journey.
If you're a data-driven leader with a track record of delivering process improvements in complex organisations, and you thrive on collaboration, challenge, and continuous learning, this is the role for you. You'll need at least three years' experience in business or process architecture, strong analytical skills, and ideally a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.
