Farm Machinery Salesperson – Lincolnshire – Salary £35, OTE £50, + Commission + Vehicle + Benefits
The Job:
Are you passionate about farming and have a knack for sales? Do you enjoy building long-term relationships with customers and helping them find the right machinery for the job? If so, this is your chance to join a well-established agricultural machinery dealership with a strong reputation across Lincolnshire.
As a Farm Machinery Salesperson, you’ll be the go to expert for farmers looking to invest in new and used machinery. Your role will involve:
- Selling a full range of agricultural equipment – tractors, harvesters, attachments and precision farming tech
- Building strong relationships with new and existing customers across Lincolnshire
- Attending agricultural shows and on farm demos
- Working closely with the service and parts departments to deliver a full service solution
- Staying up to date with the latest technology and market trends

The Candidate:
- A solid understanding of modern farming practices and machinery
- Proven sales experience (ideally B2B, and preferably within the agricultural sector)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to manage your own time and territory
- A full UK driving licence
The Package:
- Competitive salary circa £30,-£35, basic with uncapped commission – Realistic OTE £50,
