A global training and enablement consultancy is seeking a Project Manager with a strong focus on HR technology and process optimisation. This role will report into the People Ops & Culture Lead and partner closely with the People Operations Generalist to deliver foundational improvements across systems and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the optimisation and full utilisation of HR platforms including BambooHR, Culture Amp, Fixer.ai, and payroll integrations
* Drive automation of manual processes and support the globalisation of payroll operations, including EOR systems
* Collaborate with FinOps and other teams to ensure compliance and operational alignment (e.g. HMRC, contracts)
* Document processes and deliver training and handover to the People Operations Generalist for long-term ownership
* Communicate tech changes clearly to the wider business and support adoption
Candidate Profile:
* Experienced in HRIS platforms, automation, and operational HR
* Skilled at identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable, sustainable solutions
* Strong communicator with a proactive, improvement-driven mindset
* Commercially aware and able to balance innovation with business needs
* Consulting background preferred, but not essential
