We’re recruiting for a proactive, organised Despatch Operative to join our fast‑paced manufacturing client based near Baildon/ Shipley.
The successful candidate will have previous experience working within a warehouse/dispatch role within a manufacturing /engineering environment.

This is a full time permanent role, available for an immediate start.
Hours – Mon – Friday 40 hours
Flexible start between 5:30–8:30am | Flexible finish between 4:30–7:30pm
What you’ll be doing
* Raising purchase orders for suppliers and treatments
* Using our ERP system daily (POs, delivery manifests, tracking, stock levels)
* Packing and shipping parts safely and correctly, including arranging courier collections
* Working closely with our van driver to ensure all parts are ready for next‑day treatments
* Maintaining packaging stock levels and preventing shortages
* Booking returned parts into stock with full and accurate paperwork
* Supporting monthly stock checks
* Liaising with production and planning to ensure on‑time, in‑full customer deliveries
* Keeping your workspace clean and free from FOD
* Flagging any health & safety concerns promptly
What we’re looking for
* A positive, reliable team player with a great attitude
* Someone organised, tidy, and comfortable in a busy environment
* Experience using an ERP system (ideal but not essential)
* Strong work ethic and willingness to support a small, close‑knit team
* Forklift licence preferred but not required
