We’re looking for a hard-working and friendly team leader for our bar and restaurant. You willbe driving customer servicethroughout the food and beverage department to ensure sure our guests enjoy their visit.

What you’ll be doing
We need someone who understands that a first-class guest experience is an essential part of their stay. This includes:
* Generally making sure everybody is having a great time
* Ensuring team are all looking after our guests
* Cashing up at the end of shifts
* Open up or close down of the facility
* Ensuring restocking at the end of a shift
* Complying with all the legal requirements
One more thing…holidays happen at holiday times so you’ll need to work your magic on bank holidays and weekends too.
Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need
We aim to deliver delight to our guests and to do this we have high standards! We will train you up, but you must:
* Have customer service experience and skills
* Relish the fast pace of a busy restaurant.
* Be someone who does things without needing to be asked
* Be a people person; easy to talk to and never happy until your guests are
* Have experience of working in a team
We have a can-do, people-centred ethos and we look for certain qualities in our team members. Have aread about it and see if you fit the bill.
