We’re looking for enthusiastic Store Colleagues to join our team and help deliver a magical shopping experience for our customers in our Swansea Quadrant branch.
Role Overview
At JD Sports, you’ll do more than just work — you’ll be part of a fast‑paced, supportive team, with opportunities to develop your skills and grow your career.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide friendly, efficient customer service throughout the busy period.
* Support the smooth running of the shop floor by greeting customers with energy, keeping displays looking sharp, replenishing stock quickly, and maintaining high service and presentation standards.
* Replenish stock and maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing shop floor.
* Operate the till accurately and follow store policies to ensure a safe environment.
* With a positive attitude, great organisation, and a passion for helping people, ensure the store stays efficient, welcoming, and aligned with JD’s high standards.
Skills & Experience Required
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work well in a fast paced, team focused retail environment.
* Flexible and adaptable, able to support different store needs.
