Recruitment Coordinator
Location: Based in Bolton, with a requirement to be on-site four days a week.
The Role
We are recruiting for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our onsite team in Bolton. In this role, you will support and assist the recruitment team in hiring the best talent, ensuring that the recruitment process is streamlined and followed efficiently. You will manage the business processes that underpin our delivery and engagement across the account, interacting with multiple technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Administration: Manage the recruitment administration for all roles, including interview booking, feedback, and employment offers. Handle and prioritise multiple administrative duties and ensure the onboarding process is completed accurately and promptly.
2. Extension Process: Initiate the contingent worker extension process specific to each client account up to the point of contract/assignment re-issue.
3. Rate Monitoring: Monitor and update rates according to client-specific rate calculators, including annual uplifts and client-specific changes. Support candidates and hiring managers with post-offer queries.
4. Compliance and Reporting: Process statutory and BAU changes in Vendor Management System. Conduct client-specific reporting and compliance checks at a site level, maintaining IR35 compliance.
5. Data Accuracy: Ensure high data accuracy and quality when updating systems. Complete relevant paperwork and liaise with hiring managers regarding timesheet-related activities.

We seek an experienced Recruitment Coordinator with administrative experience and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You should be tactful, articulate, and possess an analytical, methodical approach to problem-solving. Motivated and results-driven, you must be able to act quickly and decisively. Good IT skills, attention to detail, and strong organisational abilities are essential.
