The Solutions Marketing Team ensures Dematic’s product and solutions are positioned at the forefront of the industry and market. This critical and influential leadership role will lead the Solutions Marketing team and help drive deep and collaborative internal partnerships with Product Management, Strategy and Go-To-Market, and Sales to help build opportunity pipeline.
In this role, you will lead the Solutions Marketing team in bringing new products and solutions to the market and managing the positioning, proposition and messaging of the full portfolio of Dematic solutions, including software. The ideal candidate is an experienced B2B marketer and people leader, with expertise in software and technology.

Tasks and Qualifications:

1. Develop solution marketing strategy and plan that drives business growth
2. Work with Global Marketing Director to define overall objectives for the solutions marketing function, aligning to business strategic priorities
3. Develop go-to-market strategies for Dematic products and solutions and lead a cross-functional team on execution of launch plans
4. Develop go-to market strategies for our Partner solutions and lead a cross-functional team on execution of launch plans
5. Work with Sales Enablement to build Solution resources to train our sales teams on NPL
6. Develop a deep understanding of how customers partner with Dematic, the benefits they experience and the future opportunities they want to unlock. Drive solution positioning, launch process, sales messaging development, competitive analysis and differentiation
7. Collaborate with GTM team on Voice-of-Customer research and programs
8. Work with the Regional Marketing teams to develop the release and launch plans for new features and services to customers, partners and prospects
9. Drive solution market segmentation and analysis, understand target segments and needs, define ideal customer profiles and personas
10. Oversee the creation and delivery of key messages and content for new and existing solutions, enabling the Marketing Communications team and agencies to execute relevant campaigns and programs
11. Provide guidance to external agencies and in-house content and creative teams to create offering-based content based on briefs
12. Ensure sales has the content and training needed to effectively close and win deals

Skills required:

13. A team player and true collaborator, you work closely with our technical, marketing and sales teams throughout the organization
14. Strong customer focus with expertise in journey mapping, personas and voice of customer
15. Exceptional communication skills and proven talent as a storyteller
16. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish positive relationships with team members and evangelize services internally and externally
17. Creative thinker and problem solver
18. Ability to quickly and easily adapt to change
19. Strong knowledge of, and the ability to apply, the principles of market segmentation, product documentation, customer communications, and sales cycle
20. Ability to translate technical and complex strategies and concepts into customer-facing messaging
21. 10+ years of professional experience in marketing in a B2B corporate or startup environment, preferably within a technology company or portfolio
22. 3+ years of leadership experience and direct people management: hiring, managing and developing talent
23. Can demonstrate driving successful go-to-market plans that drive product adoption
24. Can speak the language of product and software teams as well as marketing team with equal fluency
25. Strong abilities in the areas of analysis, strategy development, problem solving and decision-making
