Print Operator
Location - Bishopbriggs
Salary - £ £32000 depending on experience
Shift Pattern - Back/Day/Night shift rotation
We are seeking experienced Print Industry professionals to join our established production team. This role involves carrying out a range of printing tasks within a busy manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operating a variety of large-scale printing machinery
* Producing high‑quality printed materials in line with work instructions and standard procedures
* Completing production documentation accurately
* Setting up machines and overseeing the printing process
* Preparing and loading materials for scheduled jobs
* Conducting quality checks throughout the print production cycle
* Identifying and resolving minor machine issues and carrying out basic maintenance
* Performing routine preventative maintenance
* Maintaining a clean and well‑organised work area in line with 5S standards

What We're Looking For:
* Strong work ethic and a positive, proactive attitude
* Previous experience in a Printer, Print Assistant or printer operator role
* Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
* Ability to work with minimal supervision
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in following work instructions
