Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting education? Join our dedicated Curriculum Support team at DN Colleges Group and play a key role in delivering a professional and customer-focused administrative service across our curriculum areas.
As a Curriculum Support Administrator, you’ll work closely with curriculum teams, supporting a wide range of student data and administrative processes. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-performing team in a dynamic and inclusive environment.
We are currently recruiting for two positions. Please indicate which role you are applying for in your application.
Vacancy 1: Full Time - 35.5 hours per week
Vacancy 2: Part time - 22.5 hours per week (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm)
Actual Salary: £15,129.51 - £15,546.55 per annum
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide administrative support across curriculum areas including admissions, timetabling, exams, and student support.
2. Maintain accurate student records and assist with data quality processes.
3. Support internal and external audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
4. Process DBS checks, purchase orders, and student registrations.
5. Take minutes at meetings and assist with organising student disciplinaries and events.
Essential Criteria
6. Level 2 qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline.
7. GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above.
8. Experience in student administration or a data-related role.
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, etc.).
10. Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.

Let’s Teach The LET’s teach programme supports new members of teaching staff in terms of college systems and key teaching and learning areas including new staff lesson visits and postcard peeps. Each new member of staff has an allocated Lead Practitioner who works closely with them throughout the programme.
Let’s Bloom
The LET’s Bloom Programme aims to connect our experienced and qualified teachers to share best practice and support continued risk-taking as we continue to add depth to our teaching craft. Teachers volunteer on this one year programme, working closely with the Learning Enhancement Team, capturing their experimentation in a journal.
