About the Care Assistant Role
As a Care Assistant, you will play a key role in maintaining the wellbeing of our residents through outstanding care. You will work collaboratively with colleagues and the wider Akari Care team. We value kind, caring individuals who are committed to creating an environment where residents are valued, respected, and able to lead fulfilled lives.
Your responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities such as personal care, meals, or simply spending quality time with them. We aim to respect each resident's individual choices by providing personalized care and support.
