Monetisation Product Manager – Arqiva

Arqiva is seeking a dynamic Monetisation Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our monetisation strategy across DTT, OTT, and Audio landscapes. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how Arqiva delivers value to the market, drives revenue growth, and strengthens customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and Drive Strategy: Develop and articulate a clear, compelling monetisation product strategy for Arqiva, aligned to market trends and business objectives across DTT, OTT, and Audio.
* Market Advocacy: Act as the voice of the market, identifying opportunities and challenges in the media and broadcast space to inform product decisions.
* Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to capture insights, validate concepts, and support the development of new business opportunities.
* Product Innovation: Lead the design, development, and enhancement of products and capabilities, collaborating with partners to advance the monetisation roadmap.
* End-to-End Product Management: Drive the full product lifecycle—from ideation and discovery to launch—working closely with software engineering, architecture, operations, marketing, and other stakeholders.
* Portfolio Prioritisation: Manage and prioritise a complex, evolving product portfolio, ensuring focus on high-impact initiatives.
* Data-Driven Performance: Define and track monetisation KPIs, monitor performance, and take proactive steps to optimise product outcomes.
* Foster Innovation: Encourage a culture of experimentation and creative problem-solving within product management teams.
* Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges for products and services, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
* Commercial Development: Develop revenue opportunities through effective pricing models and cost optimisation.
* Content and Communication: Create and deliver compelling content for enablement, executive briefings, marketing, and thought leadership initiatives.
