The Opportunity: Used Equipment Regional Sales Contract: Permanent Location: Newmarket, Suffolk The Briggs Equipment Group is a leading provider of asset management and maintenance solutions across the UK and Ireland. The Impact you will have: Sell our refurbished used equipment and complementary service contracts Alongside the equipment, you will sell finance solutions such as long-term rental and lease purchase Take every opportunity to upsell products such as driver training, tyres, forks and LOLER inspections Develop a territory and marketing plan to enable uniform territory coverage, maintain accurate customer files and input essential information into salesforce or other systems Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure a high level of customer service Respond to all inbound leads in a timely manner with a key focus on securing F2F meetings Ensure accurate and timely completion of site surveys and quotations Encourage all prospective customers to visit a Briggs location and view our quality used equipment Ensure that all machines are ordered in a timely and accurate manner Ensure that all machines are handed over and that the customer is satisfied with their purchase Work to a structured plan and plan all journeys to maximise prospecting and selling time Work with the New Equipment Salespeople to help and support the planning and execution of blitz days and any other prospecting activity Take personal responsibility for your ongoing product and application training needs (supported by the Briggs training department, colleagues and sales manager) Undertake other duties as specified by the Regional Sales Manager if required What will help you to excel in this role: Demonstrable understanding and the ability to demonstrate account planning processes Demonstrable ability to communicate convincingly both orally and in writing to all levels.
