We’re looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Care Representative to join a dynamic telecoms organisation based in Brighouse, and If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting direct customers and resellers across mobile, fixed line, and data services
* Responding to queries via email and telephone, covering everything from billing to technical support
* Building strong relationships with partners and delivering exceptional service
* Troubleshooting issues and striving for first-time resolution
* Managing orders, faults, billing queries, and hardware requests
* Updating internal systems and overseeing automation processes
What We’re Looking For:
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* A positive, can-do attitude that shines through every interaction
* Confidence in handling both inbound and outbound calls
* Ability to work efficiently, take ownership, and follow through on tasks
* Previous experience in telecoms is helpful, but not essential
