Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as Property Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Neoworx, The Quadrant, Poyernook Road, Aberdeen, AB11 5XQ. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 35 hours, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. The salary is £23,000-£26,000, dependant on 12 months related Property Manager experience, with use of company pool car.
What the job involves for a Property Manager: -
Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring high standards and value for landlords and tenants
Conduct property inspections, including interim checks and final checkouts
Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants through regular communication and support
Resolve issues and complaints promptly and professionally, maintaining tenant satisfaction
Ensure legal compliance across your portfolio in coordination with the compliance team
Collaborate with third-party suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth property operations
Monitor rent accounts and assist with financial queries relating to your portfolio
