We’re partnered with a scaling B2B SaaS business helping product, design and engineering teams create consistency across digital products through better collaboration, workflow management and design system infrastructure. With a strong inbound engine, established customer base and ambitious growth plans, they are now looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead the next phase of digital growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded, hands-on marketer to join a highly collaborative SaaS business with strong product-market fit and significant opportunity for further growth.
The Senior Growth Marketing Manager will:
* Own and optimise paid acquisition campaigns across channels including LinkedIn and Google Ads.
* Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns focused on driving qualified pipeline growth.
* Manage acquisition performance across the funnel, from traffic and sign-ups through to inbound opportunities and sales pipeline.
* Partner closely with Product Marketing, Content and Sales teams to improve campaign performance, messaging alignment and distribution strategy.
* Own and evolve the website growth roadmap, with a focus on conversion optimisation, user journeys and experimentation.
* Identify opportunities across SEO, GEO and organic acquisition, working closely with the content team to support growth initiatives
* Use analytics, attribution and funnel performance data to identify opportunities and improve marketing effectiveness.
* Recommend and experiment with new growth opportunities, channels and campaign approaches.
Required skills and experience:
* Proven experience in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation or Performance Marketing within a B2B SaaS environment.
* Strong hands-on paid acquisition experience across platforms such as LinkedIn and Google Ads.
* Broad understanding of modern SaaS growth marketing beyond paid media alone.
* Experience working cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Content and Sales teams.
* Good understanding of website optimisation, CRO principles and growth experimentation.
* Familiarity with SEO and organic growth strategy from a technical or on-site perspective.
* Strong analytical mindset with experience using marketing analytics and attribution tools.
* Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
* Comfortable operating in scaling environments with ambiguity, ownership and evolving priorities.
* Curious, commercially minded and proactive approach with a willingness to test and experiment.
