Advert Manage and hold 24-hour responsibility for the provision of clinical care and all aspects of operational management on a ward. To co-ordinate and make effective use of staff, supervise staff and ensure training is maintained. To ensure adequate staffing levels and provide clinical leadership for staff. To ensure cost effective use of resources and the delivery of compassionate, safe and effective care to patients placed on the ward.
