About the Role – National Sales Manager (UK- Retail)
We are seeking a highly motivated, commercially driven National Sales Manager to lead business development and partner growth across the entire UK. From Scotland to Cornwall, you will be on the road as needed — meeting dealers, supporting them with business growth initiatives, prospecting new studio partners.
This is not a passive account management role. We’re looking for someone with energy, hunger, and ambition, someone who thrives on results, builds strong partnerships, and knows how to open doors and close deals. Your remit includes growing retail revenues, unlocking luxury contract business opportunities, and ensuring the performance of our entire UK partner network.
You’ll work closely with the UK Managing Director, Contracts Business Development Manager and UK Marketing Manager, HQ teams in Germany, and studio owners in the UK, making this a high‑impact role at the forefront of SieMatic’s expansion in the UK market.
Essential Professional Qualities
* 5+ years’ experience in the KBB industry
* Strong track record in national sales, business development or account management
* Deep understanding of kitchen furniture and technical product knowledge
* Commercially savvy with a results‑driven mindset
* Strong communicator and persuasive presenter
* Degree‑level education preferred
* Confident training teams and influencing senior decision makers
Ideal Candidate
* Sales‑focused leader with proven experience in growing national sales
* Proactive, energetic, and target‑driven with a "go out and get it" mentality
* Good connections within the A&D community and Luxury developer market
* Based in the UK with flexibility to travel nationwide as needed
* Able to work independently and remotely, while maintaining strong internal collaboration
* Excellent relationship builder with connections in the design and property sectors
* Creative thinker with strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
* Digitally fluent and confident using CRM and sales reporting tools
* CPD and Networking, able to represent a luxury brand with confidence and polish
* Holds a full UK driving licence
* Experience with luxury brands and dealing with HNWI
* A good understanding of design in the high‑end market
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow the national dealer network to increase retail revenue
* Identify and secure new dealerships across strategic UK locations
* Proactively prospect for business through relationships with architects, developers, and interior designers
* Support studio partners with training, showroom planning, and sales coaching
* Oversee showroom renovations, ensuring alignment with brand standards and commercial objectives
* Provide aftercare support and customer service solutions where needed
* Regularly report on performance metrics, sales activity, and market feedback to the UK Managing Director
