Role: Commercial Surveyor- Property Management/ Agency
Location: Worcestershire / Shropshire
Salary: £35,000- £40,000 plus benefits

Key Responsibilities
Commercial Agency
9. Conduct sales, lettings, and acquisitions of commercial and rural properties.
10. Undertake property inspections, measurements, and viewings.
11. Prepare marketing materials, including brochures and floor/site plans.
12. Negotiate lease terms, sales, and heads of terms.
13. Carry out market research and provide valuation-based advice.
Property Management
14. Assist in managing a growing commercial property portfolio.
15. Coordinate tenant communication, lease events, rent reviews, and maintenance.
16. Liaise with contractors to resolve repair and compliance issues.
17. Use the PM software system for day-to-day management and reporting.
18. Help improve efficiency and consistency across the PM service.
Client Care & Professional Standards
19. Produce high-quality reports, documentation, and correspondence.
20. Maintain professional standards in line with RICS requirements.
21. Build and sustain strong client relationships.
22. Support the commercial team in delivering exceptional service.
Candidate Requirements
Essential
23. MRICS Chartered Surveyor ideal but not essential.
24. Up to 2 years commercial property, agency, or property management experience.
25. Solid organisational and time management abilities.
26. Knowledge of lease structures, management processes, and negotiation.
27. A proactive, hands-on working style.
28. Full UK driving licence and access to transport.
Desirable
29. Knowledge of the Worcestershire / West Midlands commercial market.
30. Ambition to progress, with potential future head-of-department pathway.
31. Interest in contributing to the development of a growing commercial division.
32. Comfortable working in a small, high-performing team.
