In this role, you will be responsible for the technical and administrative supervision of our subordinate supervisors and their teams, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our food service programs. Your primary duties will involve comprehensive work planning. You will actively collaborate with employees to develop their performance plans, clearly communicating expectations and introducing new work techniques as needed. This includes the strategic weekly and monthly scheduling of staff, as well as the management of equipment, facilities, and materials. You will also provide direct leadership and work direction to your team.
