Our client, a well-established, award-winning independent estate agency based in Uxbridge, is looking for an ambitious Senior Lettings Negotiator / Assistant Manager for their busy high street office. Dealing in sales, lettings, and property management, they are the leading sales and lettings agent in Uxbridge and the surrounding area. Their experienced team is committed to delivering a high-quality range of estate agency and property services efficiently, always prioritizing the customers' best interests.
This role is crucial in facilitating property lettings and ensuring a seamless experience for clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. They must be well spoken, well presented, hardworking, and accustomed to working towards targets and deadlines.
You must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car.

Responsibilities:

* Stay updated on market trends and local property regulations
* Assist in marketing properties through various channels, including online platforms and social media
Skills and experience required:
* At least 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
* Strong administrative skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Excellent organizational skills, ensuring accurate and timely documentation
* Proficiency in verbal and written communication
* Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Must hold a full UK driving licence and own a car
