Overview
Registered Vet Nurse to join the nursing team at a small animal veterinary practice in the Middlesbrough area, North Yorkshire.
Responsibilities
* excellent full time opportunity with a 1 in 3 Saturday morning rota and no Sundays, no OOH. (part time hours may also be considered)
* practice is purpose built with superb facilities and equipment.
* interesting and busy caseload includes some soft tissue surgery and exotics
* varied role with a mixture of nurse consults and theatre work including schedule 3
* ideally you will already have some nursing experience in general small animal practice
* excellent opportunities for development.
* join a close knit, friendly and welcoming team with special interests in soft tissue surgery and exotics
* Generous CPD funding and particular areas of interest are encouraged and supported.
* paid RCVS and BVNA memberships.
* Well located in Middlesborough area with great transport links for easy commuting, free on site parking, Teeside International Airport is nearby and stunning countryside and coast.
Requirements
* Qualified Vet Nurse
* Registered with RCVS
* some experience in practice
Salary package
* Salary to £32,000.00 per annum to reflect your experience
