This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to support and enhance thepanies infrastructure.Your RoleThe Systems engineer will act as the first point of contact for technical support via the Helpdesk. This role involves managing and supporting various equipment and systems, ensuring smooth operations across thepany.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Acting as the first point of contact for technical support regarding equipment such as mobiles, laptops, photocopiers, and telephones.
2. Upgrading hardware and software as needed.
3. Supporting end users with a Document and Management System.
4. Supporting end users in Financial Systems and other smaller software applications.
5. Assisting with setting up new user accounts and profiles, including resolving password issues.
6. Maintaining and administering desktop/laptop PCs and printers.
7. Assisting with the setup of newputer systems with required software and applications.
8. Performing ad-hoc duties as required.
What You Need to Succeed
9. A degree or equivalent 3rd level qualification in
10. At least 2 years of experience working in an support role.
11. Sound knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Office, 365, SharePoint/OneDrive, Windows 11).
12. A current driving licence, as travel to sites may be required on occasion.
