An award winning and innovative Main Contractor operating across Essex are looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to join their successful BIM team currently with 9 members.
The business has invested heavily in their Digital Construction capability and this vacancy is plays a key part in providing support on both current projects and tender opportunities.

Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Working with the information team to set up the Common Data Environment (CDE) in line with ISO 19650 standards.
2. Providing data for monthly reports to track and measure how digital tools are being used across different projects.
3. Helping to write the BIM Execution Plan and other key digital documents required for project delivery.
