You’ll work within a collaborative, forward-thinking environment that blends the support of a large organisation with the close-knit feel of a specialist team.The Role As a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor, you’ll lead and deliver a wide range of surveying projects while guiding and mentoring colleagues. You’ll work closely with clients, contractors and internal specialists, taking responsibility for: • Detailed inspections, defect analysis and technical reporting • Pre-contract advice, feasibility assessments and procurement guidance • Preparing specifications, tenders and contract documentation • Contract administration, valuations and chairing project meetings • Managing project timelines, budgets and resources • Supporting junior surveyors and developing new client opportunities • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practiceAbout You You’ll bring strong technical capability and commercial awareness, supported by: • MRICS status • Recent experience delivering a broad range of project-based surveying work • Strong communication and client-facing skills • Proven leadership and team-oriented approach • Knowledge of JCT/NEC contracts, UK Building Regulations and CDM Regulations • Full UK driving licenceWhat’s on Offer You’ll join a business that invests in its people and supports long-term career growth.
