We are looking for a committed *Registered Manager* to lead our *Ofsted-regulated children's residential home*, providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for young people aged 12 to 17 with emotional and behavioural needs.

*About the Role*
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, quality, and operational performance of the home, including:
* Providing high-quality, child-centred care in line with *Ofsted regulations* and the *Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015*
* Leading, supporting, and developing a strong staff team
* Ensuring compliance with *safeguarding policies*, care plans, and risk assessments
* Promoting positive outcomes in education, health, and emotional wellbeing
* Creating a warm, structured, and stable environment for children
* Managing budgets and resources effectively
* Maintaining accurate records, reports, and liaising with external agencies, including local authorities and social workers
* Preparing for and leading Ofsted inspections
*What We're Looking For Essential:*
* *Level 4+ Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (England)*
* Minimum of *2 years' experience in a supervisory or management role* in a children's residential setting
* Sound knowledge of *Ofsted standards, safeguarding*, and child protection procedures
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
* Ability to build trust and provide consistent boundaries and support to young people
* A strong commitment to trauma-informed, child-centred care
*Desirable:*
* Full UK driving licence
* Therapeutic or trauma-informed care training
