Key Responsibilities
8. Support the Senior Sous Chef and Executive Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
9. Lead a section and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality dishes
10. Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and cleanliness
11. Support and guide junior chefs, ensuring development and consistency
12. Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and COSHH regulations
13. Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
14. Contribute ideas to menus and daily specials
15. Ensure smooth service during busy periods, maintaining calm and organisation
Person Specification
16. Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar level within a quality kitchen
17. Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen standards
18. Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and high-quality food
19. Have multiple AA Rosette Cooking Experience or similar standard
20. Good leadership skills with the ability to support and motivate a team
21. Calm under pressure with strong organisational skills
22. Willingness to learn, develop, and progress within the kitchen
