National Data and Analysis Manager

Are you a keen analytics professional with a experience in managing people? We are partnering with a charity who are looking for a National Data and Analysis Manager to manage a team of analysts, set objectives and allocate workload with clear opportunities for progression.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Own and deliver national performance and report cycle for internal stakeholders
-Lead production of dashboards, reports and monthly KPI packs
-Uphold performance reporting standard
-Ensure robust quality assurance across performance outputs
-Create analytical workplans and operational priorities from commissioner requirements
-Manage a team of analysts
-Collaborate with multiple teams, including data engineering, to shape reusable datasets.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
-Experience in managing people and projects.
-Strong experience with Excel and Business objects OR similar data visualisation tools
-Strong knowledge of SQL
-Adept at communicating technical language to non-technical stakeholders
-Ability to handle sensitive subject matter
-Experience of delivering outputs in a professional environment
