About the role:
Our Forecast and Replenishment team plays a crucial role in ensuring products are available when and where our customers need them. We’re now looking for a Forecast and Replenishment Co-ordinator to join us, helping to deliver accurate, timely, and efficient replenishment processes that optimise stock flow across our supply chain.
In this role, you’ll work within a team of Replenishment Co-ordinators to ensure replenishment orders are accurate, timely, and fully aligned with supplier cut-off times. You’ll resolve exception reporting issues before they impact orders and manage the daily clearance of all orders, ensuring the smooth execution of the replenishment process.
A key part of your role will be using Management Information (MI) data to support decisions on forecasting drivers and tolerances. By analysing sales and market data, you’ll adjust forecasting parameters to optimise stock levels, reduce waste, and minimise supply chain disruptions. You’ll also contribute to successful product launches by ensuring right-first-time execution and applying replenishment cycle plans to keep product flow consistent and reliable.
This role will see you actively identifying gaps in processes, suggesting improvements, and collaborating with stakeholders and supply chain partners to refine replenishment operations. You’ll balance working capital with availability KPIs, support data-driven decision-making through analysis and reporting, and ensure resilience by executing disaster recovery protocols during system outages.
Ultimately, your work will help us maintain stock availability, reduce waste, and ensure customers always find the products they expect in store. For more detailed information, please refer to the full job description which is available as a download on this page. INDMP
About You
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage changing priorities while keeping business-as-usual running smoothly. Previous experience in a similar forecasting or replenishment role would be an advantage, particularly within FMCG or the pharmaceutical industry. Knowledge of products, suppliers, or store operations would also be beneficial.
You’ll need to be a confident Excel user, comfortable with dashboard and exception reporting, and ideally curious about how AI can be applied to the supply chain. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive nature will be key, as you’ll need to spot issues, investigate them, and deliver effective solutions quickly.
Attention to detail and accuracy are essential, especially when managing orders, supporting product launches, or adjusting forecasting parameters. Strong IT skills, particularly across Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel), are required, alongside the ability to build collaborative relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Most importantly, you’ll bring an analytical, improvement-focused mindset that helps ensure replenishment processes run smoothly and stock levels remain optimised throughout the supply chain.
