Fittleworth Medical is a leading Dispensing Appliance Contractor (DAC), providing a discreet and reliable home dispensing service to more than 60,000 clients across the UK. We support people with a wide range of needs, including a cut‑to‑fit stoma product customisation service, ensuring care is tailored to each individual.
We are part of the wider JDS Family and are continuing through a period of rapid growth and transformation. Our services are delivered through a dedicated Customer Service Team and 38 dispensing centres nationwide.

Responsibilities
* Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards and reports using BI and analytical tools.
* Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable analytics solutions.
* Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data through validation, reconciliation, and quality control checks.
* Own and manage BI report suites, ensuring alignment between source systems and published outputs.
* Deliver ad‑hoc data analysis and reporting within agreed service levels.
* Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, data models, and user experience.
* Support data governance practices and help resolve data quality issues at root cause level.
* Proactively manage priorities, timelines, and stakeholder expectations during periods of competing demand.
* Build and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports that enable users to self‑serve insights.
* Validate financial and operational data against source systems and across reports.
* Analyze trends, risks, and performance drivers and communicate insights clearly to non‑technical audiences.
* Convert business questions into technical or analytical requirements.
* Collaborate effectively with finance, operations, and technology teams.
* Maintain documentation and support compliance with internal controls and applicable regulations.
Education and Work Requirements
* Experience developing reports and dashboards using BI tools such as Power BI.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel, including integration with external data sources.
* Strong analytical, numerical, and problem‑solving skills.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
* Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Experience supporting finance or performance management functions.
* Exposure to ERP or finance systems, e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365.
* Prior experience in a business partnering or internal consulting capacity.
* Familiarity with data governance and reporting standards in regulated environments.
