Job Description To provide support and assistance to the organisation with regards to housekeeping, organisation, and maintenance. Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of facilities management services, ensuring that buildings, equipment, and working environments are safe, clean, compliant, and fully operational. Objectives Assist with day-to-day running of building services and facilities. Carry out routine inspections to ensure the workplace is safe and well maintained. Report and log maintenance issues, defect, and faults. Support minor repairs and basic maintenance tasks where appropriate Responsibilities Coordinate and escort contractors on-site. Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and requirements. Ensure communal areas of the facility are maintained to a high standard, including exterior to the buildings Assist with movements, furniture setup, and workspace organisation. Provide general support to staff regarding facilities-related issues. Ensure cleanliness of facility, including waste management and recycling initiatives. Qualifications/Experience Basic knowledge of facilities or building maintenance. Good organisational and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
