Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Product Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of high-impact products and solutions across our business. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of product initiatives, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams, driving operational excellence, and contributing to a best-in-class customer experience.
As a key liaison between product, technology, and business stakeholders, you will ensure timely delivery, manage interdependence, and uphold governance and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for key product initiatives, from intake through release and operationalization.
* Collaborate closely with product managers, engineering leads, business partners, and support functions to manage timelines, track dependencies, and remove blockers.
* Drive structured delivery governance, status reporting, change control, and risk/compliance adherence.
* Develop delivery roadmaps and milestones aligned with broader strategic goals.
* Own and manage cross-team dependencies, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
* Create dashboards, status updates, and executive-ready presentations that distill progress and impact.
* Manage release planning, change readiness, and post-launch monitoring.
* Use tools like JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and PowerPoint to support and optimize delivery processes.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery frameworks and methodologies.
Required Qualifications
* 8+ years of experience in product delivery, program/project management, or a similar role.
* Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments.
* Strong understanding of product lifecycle, technology delivery models (Agile/Waterfall), and stakeholder engagement.
* Proficiency in delivery tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel (advanced), and PowerPoint.
* Experience driving change initiatives and managing compliance and risk considerations.
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in financial services, fintech, or a regulated industry is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with JQL and release management practices.
* Understanding of customer journey design, product analytics, or operational workflows.
* Experience coordinating between globally distributed teams.
