Qualified Nursery Practitioner

About the Role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing high-quality early years education and care. You will help create a nurturing, stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. Your passion, creativity, and commitment to exceptional childcare will shine through in everything you do.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide a safe, caring, and engaging environment for children aged 0-5
* Plan, deliver, and evaluate age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
* Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
* Observe and record children's development, contributing to their learning journeys
* Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and hygiene
* Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic and supportive team
We’re Looking For
* A minimum of Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent / higher)
* Paediatric First Aid Certificate (preferred)
* Strong understanding of the EYFS and child development
* A positive, caring attitude and excellent communication skills
* Reliability, professionalism, and a genuine passion for early years education
* Experience in a nursery setting
