Are you a highly organised and proactive individual who has strong focus on compliance, training, and process improvement? An exciting opportunity is available for a Compliance & Training Lead to join an established firm on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is primarily remote, with 3-4 visits per month to the office based in Windsor, and offers a salary of £28,000 - £32,000.
Main Responsibilities
* Own and develop onboarding and training processes for practitioners
* Lead the training scheme for the company
* Manage onboarding to the system
* Maintain compliance documentation across all brands
* Support policy and process development for recruitment and training
* Work collaboratively with internal teams and support senior leadership
