To further support our growth in the energy sector throughout the UK, we are now looking for an experienced Business Development professional dedicated to the renewable energy sector.
The Role:
The Business Manager will be responsible for leading and growing our dedicated Energy business sector in the UK. Key Responsibilities:
As a Business Manager, you will play a key role in developing your business scope with both a strategic and operational approach. Your responsibilities will include three main areas:
Business Development
* Identify, develop and manage a client portfolio, identifying new business opportunities in the UK energy sector.
* Ensure proper follow-up of contracts and ongoing services.
Recruitment & Consultant Management
* Build your team by recruiting engineers according to client needs.
* Ensure their integration, coaching, and career development.
Activity Management & Team Leadership
* Monitor project delivery, analyse performance, and adjust strategy accordingly.
* Support engineers’ skills development and ensure their professional growth.
Essential Requirements:
✔ You will hold an Engineering degree (mandatory). Candidates from other backgrounds cannot be considered for this position.
✔ You will have 8 years experience consulting to the renewable energy sector, providing engineering solutions.
✔ Have prior experience in team management and profit center responsibility.
✔ Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
✔ Hold a valid driving license to visit clients.
