Key Responsibilities of this position include: : Manage the firm’s financial transactions in line with the Solicitors Accounts Rules Perform bank reconciliations, client ledger postings, and TT/BACS payments Process bills, credit notes, staff expenses, and petty cash Produce month-end reports and support general financial administration Maintain accurate records using Leap and Xero Prepare and submit VAT returns This is a full-time, office-based role (Monday–Friday, 8:45–17:15) in the heart of Chester, ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative and professional environment.
