The Regional Enterprise Manager serves as the senior Enterprise leader within the local branch, holding direct accountability for the performance and outcomes of the Enterprise Hub business in their region. Reporting into the Branch Director—who retains overall responsibility for the P&L—the role is pivotal in driving growth through improved retention, cross-selling, and new client acquisition.
As a local senior leader, the Regional Enterprise Manager sets the standards of performance and behaviour, acting as a role model and motivator for the Enterprise team. The role ensures the team is equipped with the knowledge, skills, capacity, and resources required to deliver commercial success and exceptional customer outcomes.
The Regional Enterprise Manager will work in collaboration with the Enterprise Director, contributing insights and feedback to inform strategic direction and support broader divisional goals. This includes translating regional strategy into local execution, ensuring alignment with the overall Relationship Broking strategy while tailoring initiatives to meet the specific needs of the branch.
Responsibilities
* Act as the senior Enterprise leader within the local branch, accountable for the performance and outcomes of the Enterprise Hub business in the region.
* Drive growth through improved retention, cross-selling, and new client acquisition.
* Set standards of performance and behaviour; motivate and develop the Enterprise team to deliver commercial success and strong customer outcomes.
* Collaborate with the Enterprise Director to translate regional strategy into local execution and align with the Relationship Broking strategy.
