What’s in It for You * Competitive salary with discretionary annual bonus * 25 days’ holiday bank holidays, plus additional life-event leave * Generous pension scheme, life assurance and income protection * Hybrid working (4 days office / 1 day home) * Modern offices with fantastic transport links * Cycle to work scheme, annual medical checks and seasonal flu jabs * Extensive wellbeing support including virtual GP, mental health and physiotherapy services * Regular team and company-wide social events * A supportive, inclusive culture with real scope for development What You’ll Be Doing * Producing full monthly management accounts with clear analysis and commentary * Completing balance sheet reconciliations and resolving discrepancies * Managing and supporting a small general accounting team * Partnering with the Financial Controller to review processes, controls and risk areas * Preparing VAT returns and other statutory/government reporting * Supporting group risk management and internal control frameworks * Contributing to business intelligence and reporting tools * Performing monthly OPEX variance analysis * Supporting ad-hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives About You * Qualified Management Accountant (CIMA or ACCA) * Previous line management or team-lead experience * Strong Excel skills (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP) * Experience working with ERP systems (JD Edwards preferred) and BI tools (Tableau / Power BI) * Background in a product-led business such as manufacturing, retail or distribution * Comfortable working in a multi-currency environment * Highly organised, detail-focused and able to manage competing priorities * Confident communicator with a practical, solutions-focused mindset * Flexible, proactive and able to perform well under pressure If you’re a commercially minded Management Accountant looking to make an impact within a global business that values expertise, collaboration and long-term growth, we’d love to hear from you
