Role
This is a varied role, involved with everything from member experience to team development. You will focus on the following responsibilities:
* Deliver an excellent member experience in the club, focusing on service and standards, alongside the Gym Manager
* Support the Gym Manager to bring in new joiners through outreach and community events
* Recruit, develop, train and supervise a team of Personal Trainers/Fitness Coaches and Gym Instructors, fostering a positive and motivating work environment
* Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for fitness staff to enhance their skills and career growth
* Manage and improve group exercise offerings within the gym
Qualifications
* The ability to help everyone in the gym team be the best version of themselves
* A passion for fitness and wellbeing

* A desire to do the right thing, driving results with resilience, confidence, and integrity
* A Level 2 qualification in gym instructing and experience teaching group exercise
