As an Assistant Manager, you’ll work alongside the Centre Manager to provide productive management and leadership, driving profitability, with a firm focus on the customer journey. Ideally you will have hands-on experience as a mechanic as you will be dividing your time between the workshop with technicians and assisting the Centre Manager with daily sales and customer service.

Responsibilities
* Support the Centre Manager in day-to-day management of the centre.
* Balance workshop activity with customer service and sales duties.
* Drive customer satisfaction and operational profitability.
* Provide hands-on coaching and training to colleagues as needed.

Qualifications
* Experience or ability to deliver high customer satisfaction and manage customer experience
* Experience or ability to coach/train teammates in the moment
* Technical/mechanical ability or experience
* Experience meeting compliance standards across Health and Safety
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* IT proficiency with the willingness to learn in-house systems
* Good time management
* A current valid driving licence
