Manufacturing Stores Manager We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Stores Manager to lead our stores and logistics operation within a highly regulated aerospace and defence environment. As Manufacturing Stores Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and compliant flow of materials from goods-in through to production and dispatch. You will manage a team of 9 Material Controllers, overseeing daily stores activities, coordinating shipments, and maintaining full traceability of materials. The Manufacturing Stores Manager will monitor key logistics KPIs, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and work closely with Purchasing, Production, and Customer Services to resolve material issues and improve service levels. The ideal candidate for this Manufacturing Stores Manager role will have proven experience in logistics or stores management within aerospace, defence, or a similarly regulated manufacturing environment, strong leadership skills, and hands-on experience with MRP/ERP systems.
