Head of Family Law, Partner
The Firm
We are advising a number of leading L500 & Chambers Ranked firms on build out of their Family Groups from London, for early-mid 2026 – and building through Lateral Partner hires remains a priority.
Last week – we met with the Managing Partner, of an multi award winning National firm, who are investing heavily into London growth.
Whilst London is one of their newer sites, they have been consistent in securing Partners from West End & City firms – so they have momentum!
Over the next 12 months, we are looking to bring this office to full service, further build out core teams to replicate the success we have had for their wider UK offices – with this Head of Family role a priority.
There is already 1x Partner & support team in London, with a broader/ larger Family offering across wider sites – but you would lead the strategy and growth from this office.
About You
* The right individual will be an experienced Family Lawyer, ideally already at Partner level.
* Proven experience advising HNWI &/ OR UHNW clients on traditional & more complex matters.
* Established a network of clients, and the ability to add value to your next firm
Following:
* Whilst a following is not essential for all roles; some require a minimum that covers your salary, others require 2x/3x salary.
* All business/ following is not expected to come to fruition Y1, but by Y3 – happy to assist with any business plan and be on hand to advise on the best suited firm options.
