Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience, you will play a key role in managing client portfolios, ensuring retention, and delivering high-quality service to a range of corporate clients. The Role As a Senior Corporate Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of existing and new clients, ensuring service delivery meets and exceeds expectations. You will build strong, long-term relationships, provide insight-led solutions, and work closely with field-based teams to identify opportunities for account growth and efficiency improvements.
