Supply Secondary Art Teacher | April 2026 Start Location: Bridgwater Contract: Full-Time Supply (Monday-Friday) Hours: 8:15am - 3:15pm Salary: £140.25 - £232.20 per day (Dependant on Experience) Are you a creative and enthusiastic Art Teacher with QTS looking for flexible and rewarding opportunities in the Bridgwater area? We are currently seeking dedicated Supply Art Teachers to work across a variety of local secondary schools, delivering inspiring lessons and supporting students in KS3 and KS4. Whilst we are primarily recruiting for an Art specialist, we also welcome applications from teachers of other subject areas. This role is ideal for teachers seeking a better work-life balance, Early Career Teachers eager to experience different school environments, or experienced educators searching for short-term, long-term, or ongoing supply placements. Many of our supply roles often lead to extended cover or even permanent opportunities for the right candidates. About the Role As a Supply Art Teacher, you will deliver pre-planned lessons, maintain a purposeful and positive learning environment, and ensure students remain engaged throughout the lesson. Depending on your experience, you may teach across a range of Art disciplines, including drawing, painting, sculpture, mixed media, and digital art. You may also be asked to support general classroom cover where required.
