The role:
We are hiring an Interim Employment Counsel – EMEA to join a highly collaborative legal team supporting the company’s global HR and people functions. Reporting to the Head of Legal (HR – EMEA), this role will provide proactive, business-focused employment law advice across the Group and EMEA divisions, advising on both day-to-day and strategic HR matters. The successful candidate will work closely with HR leadership, legal colleagues, and external counsel to deliver pragmatic, solutions-oriented advice across a range of employment issues, including restructuring, litigation, and compliance.
Key responsibilities:
1. Advise on all aspects of UK and EMEA employment law, including employee relations, grievance and disciplinary matters, contractual issues, and terminations.
