As a Recruitment Researcher, you will be the driving force behind our candidate pipeline. You’ll partner with consultants to map markets, build talent pools and source high-calibre professionals across the banking sector and other financial services clients.
Your insights and proactivity will ensure we consistently deliver top-tier candidates to our clients and maintain our reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct market mapping and in-depth research to identify potential candidates
* Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and talent databases to source profiles
* Engage passive candidates via email, phone and social media outreach
* Maintain and update candidate records and activity logs in our CRM system
* Collaborate with Consultants to develop search strategies and refine role briefs
* Track progress against targets, providing regular status reports
What We’re Looking For
* A minimum of 1 – 3 years’ experience in recruitment research, talent sourcing or similar function
* Experience working Banking or Financial Services sector
* Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques and applicant-tracking systems
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
* Highly organised, with an eye for detail and strong time-management abilities
* A proactive mindset, able to work independently and adapt to evolving priorities
* A collaborative attitude and desire to learn from senior recruitment professionals
