St Peter's Church of England Primary School is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Preschool Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team.
As a Preschool Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality early years education and care. You will work closely with our experienced staff to create a stimulating and nurturing environment for our children.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting in planning, preparing, and implementing age-appropriate activities
* Supporting children's learning and development, including literacy, numeracy, and social skills
* Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children
* Working collaboratively with parents and carers
* Adhering to safeguarding and child protection policies
* Taking the lead in Speech & Language interventions
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
* Experience working in an early years setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A passion for working with young children
* A positive and solution-focused attitude
* Level 3 Childcare Qualification (preferred but not essential)
