Role Overview:
Join our client as an HR Support - Organisational Change Consultant at a leading healthcare organisation! This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact during a pivotal period of transformation. You'll play a key role in guiding staff through redeployment and redundancy processes, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct engaging 1-to-1 consultations with staff affected by change.
* Provide expert guidance during redeployment to ease transitions.
* Manage redundancy procedures in alignment with NHS and Trust policies.
* Collaborate with HR and management to ensure smooth transitions.
* Maintain accurate compliance records and documentation.
* Proven experience in delivering consultations during periods of change.
* Strong knowledge of redeployment and redundancy processes.
* Immediate availability to commit to the assignment duration.
