Role Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and provide treatment to a designated group of patients
2. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using evidence-based practices
3. Ensure assessments and care plans address psychological, emotional, social, and physical healthcare needs
4. Manage risks and follow relevant policies and procedures
5. Champion patient safety and drive continuous improvement
6. Safely administer medications and respond appropriately to prescribing requirements
