About the Role
Are you an ambitious transformation professional with experience in digital consulting, SaaS delivery, or enterprise platforms like ServiceNow?
We’re looking for a Business Transformation Analyst / Strategy Associate to join our growing team and help deliver impactful digital transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of experience, ideally in a Big 4 or similar consulting environment, who is ready to take ownership of client-facing workstreams and contribute to strategic change.
You’ll work across a range of transformation projects, supporting everything from process redesign to agile delivery and stakeholder engagement. This is a great opportunity to deepen your consulting expertise while working on cutting-edge platforms and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
* Process & Operating Model Analysis – Conduct workshops and interviews to map current-state processes and identify improvement opportunities.
* Agile Delivery Support – Participate in sprint planning, write user stories, and support backlog grooming and refinement.
* Solution Design – Collaborate with technical teams to shape digital solutions aligned to business needs.
* Stakeholder Engagement – Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
* Change Management & Enablement – Support training, adoption, and change initiatives to embed new ways of working.
* Performance Tracking – Define and monitor KPIs to measure transformation success.
* Innovation & AI Awareness – Stay up to date with emerging technologies, including AI tools like Now Assist and Virtual Agent.
What We’re Looking For
You’re a confident communicator and analytical thinker with a passion for digital transformation. You’ve already contributed to transformation projects and are ready to step into a more autonomous, client-facing role.
Key Competencies
* Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
* Experience writing user stories and participating in application design sessions
* Familiarity with SaaS platforms (ServiceNow preferred)
* Excellent communication and presentation skills (especially in PowerPoint)
* Ability to articulate your role and contributions in past projects
* Interest in AI trends and how they impact digital transformation
* Collaborative, proactive, and eager to grow
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
* 2+ years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or transformation roles
* Experience in at least one digital transformation project
* Exposure to ServiceNow or similar platforms (6–12 months preferred)
* Familiarity with tools like Now Assist, Virtual Agent, or other AI-driven platforms is a plus
* Relevant certifications (e.g. ITIL, Agile, Lean Six Sigma) are beneficial
